I haven’t tried it yet, it’s for supper tonight but it was easy to make. I did put mine through the blender so the seeds aren’t an issue.

I put the vegetables in my slow cooker on high along with fresh basil, as I was running behind. I subbed sour cream for the cream and added a little sugar. Once I blended it in the food processor I forced it through a fine meshed sieve.

I just ran the soup through a fine meshed strainer. Even after running through the food processor several times, it still was too grainy. Using the strainer did the trick.
