You could use margarine and the results will be pretty similar.

I don’t see the edit on the amount of juice and zest. This would be very helpful

Hi, i just had to pop in and pay you a compliment. I am in my 70’s and bake and cook by memory as i an sure si nany do. However so many young ones buy additive full products from shops. You not only put the ingredients in order you described the method perfectly and-your pictures were the finishing touch . Anyone could bake following one of your recipes . To make a lemon cheese to pour over ehilst hot just remember 2 ounces of butter, sugar add a lemon 2 ounces and egg again classed as 2 ounces . Mixed together over a gentle heat this makes the most delicious topping . Instead of lemon add loganberry juice and this really lifts a perfect cake to a different level. You have a genuine talent for teaching which is rare 👏👏👏👏❤️

Put in airfryer, Bake, reduced it to 180, left grandad in charge whole collected grandson, was well done on top, raw inside, turned right down 160, took 15 mins extra to cook.
Absolutely delicious!

Yes, you can use sour cream no problem at all.
