If you\u2019re unsure of what kind you have or how to use it, here\u2019s a little guide to <strong>three of the most popular types of yeast.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fresh Yeast<\/strong> \u2013 This comes in block form and needs to be kept in your fridge. Because it\u2019s fresh yeast it will only last a few weeks after purchase. To use it, you dissolve it in warm water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Active Dry Yeast<\/strong> \u2013 This yeast is in dry form and you have to dissolve it in warm water before using.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Instant Yeast <\/strong>\u2013 This is the easiest yeast to use. It comes in dry form and you simply add it to the the dry ingredients. However you like them. <strong> <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roll as many as you can fit in the pan at a time. Remove as much as possible before sealing the bag.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">To defrost and reheat<\/span>.  Allow to defrost naturally. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead it for about 2-3 minutes.  It should be soft and a little elastic.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3697-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Form the dough into a ball and put it back into the bowl.  Cover with a dampened tea towel and leave in a warm place to rise between one and two hours.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3697-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">After the dough has risen, punch it down.  Remove from bowl and transfer to a lightly floured surface.  Cut the dough into 10 equal parts.  Then roll each piece of dough into a small ball.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3697-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Place a cast iron skillet over high heat on the stove top and leave for about 5 minutes to get hot.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3697-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Roll out the dough balls, two at a time, or as many as you can fit in the pan at once.  Leave the rest of the dough balls covered until they are ready to roll out.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3697-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Lightly brush one side of the Nann with water.  Place the Nanns in the hot pan, water side down.  As soon as bubbles appear over the entire bread, turn them over.  Cover pan and leave to cook for a further 2 minutes or until completely cooked.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3697-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type:
