Stir well to combine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Marinade chicken<\/strong> &#8211; Add the chicken to a large bowl, pour over the marinade and stir well to combine. Cover and refrigerate for two hours up to overnight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add chicken to skewers<\/strong> &#8211; When ready to cook, pierce the chicken pieces on skewers. You should get between 6 to 8 skewers depending how many chicken pieces you put on each skewer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grill chicken<\/strong> &#8211; Cook on a preheated barbecue pouring over extra marinade as it cooks. Cook for around 12 &#8211; 15 minutes turning every 3 minutes to ensure even cooking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Make the dip<\/strong> &#8211; Make the dip by combining the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, fresh mint and salt. Whisk to combine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Serve <\/strong>&#8211; Serve the chicken skewers with the dip on the side.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
