I would probably rate it at a <strong>medium difficultly <\/strong>only because there are different  things going on at different times and organization is key.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Taste<\/span><\/strong> &#8211; This dish has a creamy texture but there isn&#8217;t a lot of sauce.  The shrimp have a nice flavour but it doen&#8217;t overpower the dish with a overly seafood taste. Drain and set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Cook leeks<\/span><\/strong> &#8211; In a large skillet set over medium heat, add the olive oil and garlic. Give a good stir for about 30 seconds and add the leeks. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for 5 &#8211; 8 minutes stirring occasionally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Add and cook shrimp<\/span><\/strong> &#8211; Increase heat to high and add the shrimp to the skillet with the leeks and cook for about 3 &#8211; 4 minutes until the shrimp are cooked and turn a pink white colour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Add spaghetti <\/span><\/strong>&#8211; Add the cooked spaghetti and the spinach to the skillet and stir well to combine. Reduce heat to medium.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Finish dish and serve<\/span><\/strong> &#8211; Pour in the cream and vegetable broth. Add the butter, lemon zest, lemon juice and salt.  Stir well to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer and remove from heat. Add parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
